The vast majority of KCD homeroom teachers are British teachers and all our teachers possess a UK teaching qualification or equivalent. Throughout the Junior School, we have caring and experienced Teaching Assistants, who support your child’s learning.

A British Curriculum School in Dubai with various Graduation Pathways
Dubai offers a plethora of educational curriculums, the choice of which is a deeply personal one which depends very much on each individual pupil, and what they hope to achieve in their lives once they finish Senior School. It’s a tough choice, and we are often asked by Junior School Parents: “How do I know now, while my child is in Junior school, what graduation pathway will be suitable for them when they are in Senior School?” It’s a difficult call to make so early on in your child’s educational journey, and that is why at Kent College Dubai, we offer various graduation options for your child to choose from once they reach Senior School. We are a top international British Curriculum School (GCSE/iGCSE and A Levels), and IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme – IBDP, and we offer BTEC in Performing Arts, Sports or Business.
Over 135 Years of History, Legacy and Tradition
Owing to our very close ties with our sister school – Kent College Canterbury in England – Kent College Dubai is a school that is steeped in over 135 years of heritage, legacy and tradition. We draw on tried, tested and trusted methods from Kent College Canterbury, and adapt them for our local context. We benefit from the close relationship with our sister school – their Principal sits on our Board of Governors, we have always shared special occasions with them by remoting-in via Zoom so that pupils and staff can feel a very real connection between the two schools, and we enjoy visits from their leaders from time to time.

World Class Facilities
Kent College Dubai’s World Class School facilities are absolutely second to none in Dubai and have to be seen to be believed. Our Junior school is truly blessed to have ample and varied vast and bright learning spaces and the use of a multitude of specialised, and well resourced specialist areas such as music rooms, libraries, design & technology labs, food technology labs, performance studios, science labs, practice rooms, study spaces and of course our incredible 458-seat, state of the art auditorium. Our external facilities in our expansive grounds boast multiple custom designed pitches and fields, tennis, volleyball, cricket and xxx facilities in addition to our climate controlled swimming pool. Our students can access a quality lunch menu served from our expansive and hygienic kitchens and dining hall.
